Membership Overview

My name is Mary and I am the owner of Cultivating Sunshine. The name Cultivating Sunshine was inspired by my love of how sunshine makes me feel. Everything can be going wrong in my life, but if the sun is shining, I somehow feel like I can overcome any obstacle in my way.

My goal is to cultivate this feeling in all of the people that I meet. I do this through trying to be positive and encouraging as well as through nutrition education and coaching. If our bodies do not feel well, if we are in pain, or if our brains are not making the necessary chemicals, it is more difficult to feel happy. I feel like everyone should have the opportunity to be the best version of themselves and I believe that by nourishing our bodies properly we have a better chance of reaching this goal.

I am so excited that you are here today. And I’m so proud of you for deciding to take this step to improve your health! We are going to learn a ton, have fun and feel great!

Membership Overview

8 Week Kick Off

For the first 8 weeks of the program, you will receive an e-mail once a week with a link and password for that weeks material. These first 8 weeks are designed to give you a baseline of good health. While everyone is different, there are a few key things that I think most people can benefit from.

Meal Calendars

Part of your ongoing membership will be access to two different meal calendars. One will be geared towards weight loss and the other will be geared towards performance and maintenance.

Resource Section

I personally like to dive into the research behind a topic. Some of you may not need this, but I want to make sure that you have access to my sources as well as helpful websites and businesses.

Hot topics

These topics are member driven. This is where we really get to personalize this program for your needs! Once or twice a month, I will be publishing new content that is driven by your interests and needs. Be sure to submit questions and requests to me through the form on the member site.

Get Your Questions Answered!

As you embark on this health journey, I am sure that you will have questions that arise based on the material or your own personal experience. I encourage you to submit your questions to me through the website. I will be available via e-mail to answer these questions. If you have a lot of questions or feel that an in person session would be useful, you have access to one on one coaching with me at a discounted rate.
